i hope you can help...i married in the uk 32yrs ago but have been living in Spain for 18yrs..i want to divorce my husband due to general break down over the years ...i know that if i was living in the uk ..i could apply direct to the uk court...and do it myself...but as i live in Spain and unemployed i would like to know how to apply and how much it will cost ..or if im entiled to some form of legal aid ....

Or the other option is i have family in the uk ..can they get the forms for me and is it legal to do it by post from the uk to spain
