Hello,

I am a permanant resident.
I wanted to transfer 300k (my onw money from my bank account) from Europe to the US.
I read I have to fill the form 3580.
Question: will I have to pay taxes?

You can transfer any amount from your account in Europe to the U.S. No form filing is required.
However, since you have foreign account you need to file Form TD F 90-22.1.
