I have recently been diagnosed by a doctor with clamidia. I am on antibiotics now. I don't understand how this has come about. I have been in a monogamous relationship for the past 3+ years. I have not strayed and I have no reason to be suspicious that my girlfriend has either. I have been told that it can lay dormant for a time. If this is true how long can this sit around and wait.
