I am looking for a solid understandable example of a Materials Budget. I just really need help with the layout.

As for the "layout," that is not important. (Except in terms of legibility.) You need to understand what the components are and what it means. If you have the understand, you can put it into any layout that you book is choosing to use.

If there is something specific you are not understanding, you need to return and ask a specific question about it.
