did you have a normal delivery?

if so,why not try something easy, like walking or swimming..

Thank you for your reply. No I had cesarean. I do yoga everyday. I have lost all those extra kilos, in fact my current weight is less than what I was even before my pregnancy. I just have to tone my abdomen skin.

i have heard women complain about their stomachs after a section,i think its to do with the cut through the muscle, however in saying that (although not sure on that point),my sister had two sections and has a great figure..

i had four children,my stomach is..well its ok,but a healthy diet and exercise go a long way to get back into shape and stay in shape.

dont worry about it too much, wearing the right underwear and clothes can disguise alot.
