I am having problems accessing the internet erroer message "the requested lookup key was not found in any active activation context"

Valerie -
Did this just start happening on its own, or did you recently upgrade IE or Windows? This is known to happen when updating versions in Internet Explorer. The only solution I've seen is to uninstall IE and then re-install it. (So you'll need to download it on another computer and copy it to your sick computer first)
