my genie dictionary do not work automatically when i point to a word in other application.

Before I move your question to a more appropriate forum topic area, is the genie dictionary that you have a program on your computer, please?

That's right. I have installed the Oxford Advance Learner's Dictionary on my computer. Genie dictionary is one function of the OALD but it cannot activate on other application (Fire Fox 3.5, MS Outlook 2007, Desktop) except Internet Explorer 8.0
