Hi, I'm making a visual project in English to go along with an essay I wrote. This is pretty much what I made:

I went by the first picture on that website. But now I'm confused as how to label those four parts. I've looked at other pictures, but now of them look as similar as that one does to my model. The others I found have tons of different labels and I can't tell which is which. I just need to know how to label those 4 parts shown in the pic. Help please? :confused:
