I recently purchased a house with a propane GMPN060 installed. It works fine on either AC or fan modes but when on heat it will lock out. Specifically the inducer motor starts, the HSI energizes, the burner will ignite but shortly extinguish. Unit retries 3 times and shuts down. Being a logical kind of guy, I tried cleaned the flame sensor and when that failed, I replaced it to no avail. I have no idea when the furnace was last run. The house sat empty for nearly a year. Propane guy adjusted the regulator to 11" when he installed the tank.

Looking for ideas... comments or suggestions.

Just measured the FS current. It starts out around 2 uA and goes as high as 5uA before the burner shuts down.

Well, call me crazy but that 5uA seemed a bit high, so I randomly dialed back the propane regulator 3 turns and would you believe, she runs like a champ.
