I have a 22.5hp kolher engine in a lawn tractor. I can roll over the engine. It does not start. If i put gas in the carb it will run for a few seconds. What is wrong with my tractor

Hi,
Off the bat I would first say fuel shut off solenoid, fuel filter and fuel pump in that order.
