My last period was on September 21, 2009. My periods are normally on time with my 28 day cycle. I have not started my period yet and I am now 3 days late going on 4 days late. Does this mean that I am pregnant?

It might mean you are pregnant, but it also might just mean you are late. Sometimes we are late for reasons: pregnancy, weight gain/loss, change in exercise, but many times we are a few days late for no reason at all.

Have you tried a HPT using first morning urine yet?

Pregnancy could be the cause. You won't know until you take an hpt. Use first morning urine. It may be too soon to test though.

You could also go to the doctors office for a blood test.
