I masturbate almost everyday an I notice in the past month or so the right side of my penis shows swelling. I show it to my girlfriend an she said I'm being paranoid. My guess would be that your penis is probably irritated because of maybe being too rough while masturbating and because of the frequency in doing so. If in doubt though, it would be best to see a physician. No one on this site can diagnose what might really be happening.
