Which is more lethal, somatic mutation or germ mutation ?

I'm not sure you can say. Somatic mutation doesn't pass along to the progeny. Germ mutation (mutation in the germ cells) can be passed along to the progeny. Therefore, one is likely to say that germ mutation is more lethal. However, a mutation isn't necessarily lethal.
