Upon carefuly examing my penis i found that i have a tiny red sore. What i need to understand is that could this be an STI? My girl and i have been faithful to each other i trust her a lot and i only see her. We are both HIV negative, we went for testing last thursday. Please help,what could this sore mean.? can i rule out the posibility of an sti. Other than seeing a doctor, what should i do because here doctors are the last resort, they are expensive.

Ah come on, thats one thing i wana avoid. Is ther anything else other than an sti that may be the cause of the sore. Its a tiny sore that im totaly unaware of now unless i touch it deliberately

Sounds rough, mate apply a healing cream to it, you may have just rubbed the sensitive skin off it... However if it carriers on and/or starts to hurt while urinating etc... you will have to see a Dr.... Sorry it cost so much in your enad of the world!!

Any sore on the penis that has the 'sensitive skin rubbed off of it' is not good, and needs attention from a doctor. Quite possibly as I said, testing for STDs.

There are tons of things it could be, but we can only guess. Do you want to risk your life on a guess?

I'm sorry, but a doctor is really your only option, unless you want to wait and hope, which could mean something much more serious then a doctors bill.

Well if you won't go to the doctor, do what most guys do and wait it out and see if it gets worse. If it does, I got bad news for ya, if it doesn't, then it probably was a skin abrasion from the friction of humping.

An STD that lasts a day? It's doubtful. If it didn't burn, itch, and if you wouldn't have noticed it unless you actually saw it, you most likely had an abrasion.

Bear in mind that's it's much more difficult for a man to get an STD over a woman for obvious reasons. This is the kind of stuff they don't tell you in sex-ed because they want you to be careful 100% of the time.
