i had multiple kenalog shots this year to deal with stubborn swelling and an allergy.

unfortunately i developed the dreaded MOON FACE despite lowcarb lowfat dieting, and exercising a couple times a week.

i am 5'10 and 150# with a thin/narrow frame, so as u can imagine, i look like one of those dashboard gigglers thingies with the big head and all.

i remember using apple cider vinegar in the past for weight loss and it worked. im hoping it also helps stubborn fat redistribution to the face. otherwise i'd have to get liposuction (in the cheeks from under the eye down to the lower cheek and centerward to the nose, that triangle seems to be where all the fat goes)

what dose of apple cider should i take daily? i got plenty of the organic one with mother but its so bitter unless i use a teaspoon or tablespoon per big glass of water or other diet beverage.

thx in advance....

8 oz, of water and a tsp if apple cider vinegar is what i recall, cugwia. It isnt a bad diet to be on once you get by the bitterness of the vinegar.

Good luck !
