Ok so i have a really bad infection.. super swelled, infected etc. I took 2 IB profens of 400mg and 2 acetominaphins of 500mg (at the same time) Is that dangerous? I do feel better! Extremely better actually so i was just wondering if taking that much in one dose is ok or is its really bad for you?

The normal regimen for ibuprofen and acetaminophen is a dose of one followed two hours later by the other. The risks are for stomach upset from the ibuprofen and liver/kidney problems from the acetaminophen. If you have a bad infection then the ibuprofen every six hours would be less risky, as the liver and kidneys are already stressed from dealing with the infection.
