I had chlamydia. i took one dose 1g azithromycin and my symptoms did clear on the tenth day. it took ten full days for them to disapear. its been about 3 days since my tenth day and i feel the sensitivity again in the tip of my penis...could it be coming back or is this just some kinda after shock that will disapear with time?

If your antibiotic treatment was succesful, no, it cant come up. It can only come back if you expose yourself again.

Hahaha, I suppose I should have been more specific, but I meant STD's. Can any other STD other than chlamydia cause itching/tenderness at the time of the penis and if so which ones?
