I recently purchased a loft. The unit had an existing "Mammoth -- Water Source Heat Pump" thermostat. I purchased a Honeywell Focus Pro 6000 to replace this. I have hooked up the new thermostat, but the heat and A/C are reversed. In other words, to get the heat working, I need to set the system to "cool". Instead of blowing cold air, it blows heat. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

Page 11 of your manual setup function #2. Change to the other value. Default is 0. Chage to 1 if 0; Change to 0 if 1.
