hi, i have a fair complexion but my skin is oily n it tends to be more oily wen i go out n come. and also d upper part of my lips and chin is dark compared to my other parts of the face.i have tried a lot of facials and bleaching but its of no use.so suggest me sumthing which can be done in home. n also sggest me how to keep my face fresh all day long
