How old is your furnace, does it have a standing pilot or a hot surface ignitor? Do you have a small fan that you can see with the top door off of the furnace?

Answer these questions and maybe we can help.

yes, please answer letmetellu's questions, and we will do our best to help. IF you could just post a couple of pictures,,,one of the furnace with covers on, and one of the furnace with covers off, we should be able to get a better idea of what we are dealing with. If its a newer Goodman, trouble shooting is fairly simple, but may require certain tools(multi meter being one of them). Also, correct model number will help immensly. IF you cant send pictures, just describe how the covers come off, and what the vent looks like. Lee.
