You can call Nordyne who makes the Intertherm Furnaces at

Nordyne
8000 Phoenix Parkway
O'Fallon, MO
636-561-7300

and ask for Technical Support.

They will be able to tell you the age of your furnace very easily.

They do not have an 800 number.

I know but look below at the Missouri main. Was out there 6 or 7 years ago for the presidential grand tour as they call it then it was off to Boonville to repeat the show. Was there to give a pep talk to the engineering dept originally. They are a great company with many brands and very good quality control. But they have the same problem as many HVAC manufactures with poor installs by unauthorized people which as we all know equals junk jobs and unnecessary warranty claims.
