the mother is bringing her 9 year old daughter and herself to United States from Ghana i there anydeclaration fee or BTA they have to show officails before being able to board? i`m not understanding what the article 754 cross1282 means of their Consitution of Ghana. please explain?:confused:

Sounds like a scam to me...

All they need to show are visa to US and plane ticket. No declaration.. no fees.

FYI, approval of visitor's visa from Ghana to US is equivalent to zero. If you are "dating" someone from Ghana, be careful. 99.99% are scams.
