How are you? I hope you are fine and doing well.

I am working in a company as an IT administrator,and I have a KONICA Minolta magic color 2300W,and as I lost its driver.I've installed it from internet.

At beggining it works very well,I mean with only first printing,it works properly,but then it stopped and never worked again,or some times after starting the PC.

Some one who is selling us printers cartridges and printers,told me that I have to use USB 2.0,that is better than the one we are using right now,which is USB 1.0.

I want to ask please,as I did not use it yet (USB 2.0),will this work?If yes why????If No,what is the best solution for this condition???

Call out the people who service your machine and have them fix the problem. That's what they get paid for. And they are probably under the lease expense anyway.
