Over the years I have had on my left elbow a blackspot that covers my whole elbow, sometimes itchy,each year it comes than goes, some years the black skin even looked blacker, well this year it came and never left, what can i do for it? Should I be scared? I have notice my black elbow on many other people, but was 2 embrassed 2 ask them about theres, so please help me find away 2 make it go away.
