iv noticed that other people have asked the same question but I have a bump under my shaft and it looks like a pimple but its not crusty or anything like herpes. it dont itch or bother me in any way. What is it?

show your doctor or ask for a refferal to a dermatologist. it could be nothing or it could be as serious as a skin cancer (but only a dermatologist could determin that). something like that is better taken care of sooner that later for peace of mind if nothing else.
