I was walking around my kitchen making dinner when all of a sudden my left ankle/foot got a sharp pain. I stopped and rubbed it and theN kept walking but the pain was still present. I sat down to eat dinner and the pain was dull but constant, even with it propped up. Slowly over the next two hours the pain got worse. Now it's very painful. It's hard to describe where in the ankle/foot that the pain is coming from but it seems to be worse in the arch. If I point my toes the pain is unbareable. I put ice an on, elevated it for a good two hours, and took alieve and there is no change for the better. When I got up to go to bed after elevating it, the pain was excruciating! I could barely walk up the stairs. The pain seems to lighten just a bit after a few minutes of walking but it's at it's worst when i first try to walk after a period of rest. There is a constant ache the entire time if I'm laying still. It feels like it should be swollen but it's not. Please help!
