for the last two days i have had back pain in the lower two thirds of my back and also in my abdomen, especially the middle region and right around my navel. the pain isn't severe, but it is always there and is quite uncomfortable. it is temporarily relieved by the use of hot packs, but straight after these are removed, the pain comes back. i know it can be things like kidney or bladder problems. i had two uti's about 8 years ago, but this time, my urinary patterns haven't really changed - i'm maybe going a little more frequently, but not significantly, and certainly no where near as much as when i had my uti's. there is also no stinging or burning, so i don't know what it could be, but i'm sure there are lots of things that could cause these symptoms. i also feel a little unwell, not vomiting, but maybe mildly nauseous. but that could also be because i've been having trouble getting to sleep from the discomfort.
