I recently aquired my fathers Airguide Barometer and do not know how to use it properly.

I believe it is from the 60's with 3 dials. One a temperature and one a humidity and one the barometer itself? It's an indoor type with a glass front and wood frame. There is a dial on the front of the barometer and a srew in the back. Which one do I use to set it and how do I set it?
