I Have reset a users domain password in active directory users / My Business / Users.

I can now log on to the users PC, but I can't get access to the server shares.
Do I have to reset something somewhere?

I don't understand why this has happened, I have reset passwords before with no problem.

Any Ideas?

Do you have more than one domain controller? It may have something to do with replication.

Double check the shares, make sure the user has permissions to access them, some how he may have been removed.
