I just noticed a couple days ago some pimple like bumps on my lower right abdomen but then a couple day later i saw some on my shaft and now in my pubic area...They started to turn red and then thats where they stayed...But then me thinking they were pimples used a needle to pop them and they seem to be going away kinda...anyone know what they were/are...if u do let me know

You need to see a doctor right away. Go to WEBMD.com, very resourceful information. It sounds like you may have herpes. Do not pop the bumps, you could infect them.
