I am 20 years and over the past few days i have noticed that i have gotten some very small bottons on the skin of the shaft of my penis...is dat normal if not what can cause it??

It could be an STI of some sort, HPV, Herpes, Skin Tags or a Parasite...go to the doctor...what are bottons?

Is it warts? What color? Does it hurt or sensitive to touch? Is it in clusters or is it just one in one area? Does it get worse or better over time?

no its not wart like since it has no fluids in it, and it is not in a cluster it is spread out . bottons mean very very very small bumps lest dan a millimeter big!!

It does not sound normal but it is known for Skin Tags to be developed there. It could be an STI but it is better to go to the doctor and if he/she does not know what it is then go to a "skin" doctor. When did you notice these?
