i was on anti-abuse tablets for two weeks to slack down on weekend drinking. i only use to drink half a tablet a morning. i have been off the tablets for 6 days now and would like to know if the anti-abuse is still in my system?:o

no i am not an alcoholic at all, i only have a drink on weekends sometimes. i had a black out recently coz i had too much to drink so i went on anti-booze to slack down the weekend drinking. i dont crave a drink or anything like that. i just think i dont really need to be on the tablets since i dont drink everyday, but now im too scared to even have a glass of wine coz i dont know how long it takes for the anti-abuse to be out your system.

Antibuse is not prescribed for social drinking, only alcoholic drinking due to its serious and nasty side effects.
