I have had my black berry pearl for about a year now and i have been having issues with it. I have upgraded the memory with the memory stick and still get the "hour glass" quite a bit, the internet will erase my passwords to some sights, i will get text messages that disappear before i get to read them. and the most annoying of all the tracking ball is getting so gummed up i can hardly use it i have taken it out several times to clean it i have tried electronic cleaner, soap and water etc...any help would be appreciated
