hi there i have a white patch that appeared on my penis surrounded by red blotchy patches for a few months now i have not done anything about it in the hope it might dissapear but it hasnt i do not seem to have any discharge or pain i would also like to point out that i have not been sexually active for about a year now , i was wondering if i could of caught something from a previous relationship and its been laying dormant
