I have pain and itching during urination but i know I dont have an STD what can it be?

NO!!!!!!!! He should not need to be with have been married for 5 years it started after we had sex last week and i know that i have not been with anyone else. He says the itching is inside his penis not on the outside

He needs to see a urologist to have this properly diagnosed.
