I have unfrotunately thick and curly hair which is lovely on my head but not so great on my legs.

over the years i have gotten alot of scars on my legs because of ingrown hairs.

i was wondering what i could do to help heal/fade these scars and if there's anything i can do to try and prevent them in the first place.

thanks :)

I get the same thing. usually the scars fade overtime, but sometimes i use mederma on them. you can buy it at a regular store or pharmacy. to get rid of ingrown hairs you can try gently rubbing your legs with a wash cloth or a pumice stone after you shave. this removes dead skin that comes up when the hairs are shaved. if you shave often you can also minimize the amount of ingrown hairs.
