I have a craftsman drill press model #113 21371. The spring that pulls the press handle seems to be broken. There is a decal on the hub that says to see the operators manual for instructions in replacing or adjusting this spring. I do not have the manual and wanted to know if one is available or maybe someone would be knowledgeable to explain how to accomplish this task.
