firstly i dyed my hair medium blonde than after 15 days i dyed it burgundy(2days before) but its not looking good i want my hair color back can i use loreal color zap and after using it is it necessary to redye

Yes, you can use Color Zap (or ColorFix or Color Oops), and yes, you will need to re-dye.
