Our organization was embezzled for over 100K. The person pled guilty and must pay full restitution, but will not be able to make full restitution during the probation time period of 5 years. Is it possible to place a lien on this person's house? Would this be a wise move?
Any information would be very helpful. Thanks!

In order to file a lien you need to get a judgment through a civil court lawsuit first.
