These are some home remedies I found online

Limit Fluid Intake After Dinner

Some families have had success with limiting the amount of liquid they allow their children to drink after dinner. The idea is that the child won't miss the urge to urinate because there won't be an urge to urinate when they haven't been drinking much. This method backfires for families with independent children who are used to simply getting their own drinks.
An Afternoon Nap

Some families find success in controlling bed-wetting by splitting up the child's sleep schedule into smaller blocks. Adding an afternoon nap can help children control urination by creating a positive situation where they're rewarded for a dry nap, and then after a shorter night's sleep, they find it easier to stay dry at night, too. Many kids enjoy "staying up late" without the consequence of being tired, but some may reject the idea of taking a nap initially.
Night-Lights

In the darkest part of the night, getting up to walk down the dark and silent hallway can be frightening, more frightening than wetting the bed. Having a night-light in the hall and in the bathroom can help kids deal with the apprehension involved with getting up in the night.
Television or Radio

Having the television or radio on for a sleeping child can help them wake up enough to remember to use the toilet. Turn the music on at a low volume after they've gone to bed so that if they begin to wake up a little the sound will help wake them up sooner.
Consult a Physician
If bed-wetting lasts too long, there may be medical issues involved. Pediatric standards for bed-wetting change occasionally, but most generally agree that if your child is still wetting the bed by five years of age then you may want to have his kidney function tested. Your pediatrician may want to try and determine if there are any other medical reasons for your child's bed-wetting, too

Although I found these online, I have known others that have had the same issue. Limiting drinks after a certain time helps a lot. I have heard also that they may be very heavy sleepers so The t.v. idea makes a lot of sense to me.

Hello Annie

Has there been any major changes in her life lately? New stressors? Anything at all different?

My daughter was completely bed wetting free since she was 3 and could wear big girl pantys, but last year, when my husband and I split for 6 months, she started bed wetting (at 5 years old) her doctor said it was due to the stress of the change.

School has just started for the kids, is she going to a different school? Obviously a new teacher, is she having trouble in school? With some other kids?

If there has not been any changes in her life that may stress her out, I would suggest seeing a doctor for possible UTIs, or kidney infections, or any type of neurological issues.

Good luck hon. Let us know what happens.

Annie, I hope you come back and give us more insight to your daughters issue. Or tell us that you have taken her to see a doctor.
