I too have the dreaded bump around my nose piercing!! :(
It started out skin color but became red. It also would get smaller but then in a few days get larger.
The piercing place gave me h2ocean to clean it with and I had been cleaning it with that 2-3 times a day.
I had heard that it wasn't good to clean piercings with sea salt so I now use anti-bacterial soap and warm water.
The thing is the bump was getting really red and looked like it was filled with pus so I tried to pop it.
I know, it was stupid and probably not the best thing to do. But I am getting so fed up with this stupid bump! I did get some pus out and a lot of blood.
I don't want to take the piercing out but if I have to so I can get rid of this bump I will.
It looks sooooo horrible now!
Should I leave the piercing in and continue cleaning it??
Will it get any better??
Would taking the piercing out make it worse??
Could someone please help me??!! :eek:
