I am reopening it and hoping to have some updates to this issue surgeries the participants went through. I have same problem, without feedbacks we cannot trust anyone, so please keep it open, and keep it updated. Not sure why it was closed, but by cutting that you've closed any feedback along with any hope people may have had to solve the issue, and that's very cruel.
