I have an all in one dell printer model 942 and i have had it for 3yrs now. All of the sudden it does not turn on anymore. It is dead to the world i dont know if i am doing something wrong or do i need a whole new computer. Can someone help?

No, just a new printer. I'll assume that you checked to make sure the printer is plugged into the wall properly. If it is and the printer does not power up, then either the power cord is bad or the power supply blew.

In either case, I would just get a new printer (and not a Dell).

Some printers have a little "brick" power adapter that plugs into the back of the printer. Make sure this adapter is firmly inserted into the printer, and that the cord is firmly attached to the adapter itself.

The attached picture is the best I could do :(

Hopefully, that is all it is.
