I am a 33 year old female who has always had perfectly clear skin. As a younger woman in my 20's I could actually count that one time that I got 2 large red spots filled with blood on my cheek which dissapeard and never recurred.
I always used selective products on my skin, although they have always been from mainstream stores and have never had a bad reaction to them.
Last year at the age of 32 I suddenly broke out in very bad acne.
It started with spots on my cheek and gradually spread to my chin and other side of face.
I was using Loreal Visible radiance Mousse at the time and the new Collagen Products which I had to stop using as the spots got worse.
I found out that the ingredients of such products contain harmful Comodones which are harmful for sensitive skin. I had been using loreal for a few years.
I identified that at that time in my life I was also eating a lot of sugary fatty foods. More than before in my life.
My skin texture changed to blodgy with different types of spots (for want of a better word) and bumpy. I now have spots like acne which I am treating with Liz Earle.
Any one had such spots, is diet a cause?
I don't have much stress in my life and at a time when I was most stressed I never got spots.
Thanks
