My daughter is 15 months old and I just successfully weaned her. Last week I had brown discharge and very little pink spotting. I was geared up for getting my first period since before my daughter was born. (Not including postpartum bleeding) Then it just went away. So I decided to take a pregnancy test and it was positive, as well as the second and third. My husband and I wanted at least one more child, but Wow what a shocker! We are scheduled to get an ultrasound next week to check how far along we are, but I feel like my head is spinning. How accurate can the dr's gestational age estimation be if I haven't had a period to date it. Also what are the odds of this happening! Also I have heard that the first time you ovulate after weaning, you are more likely to release multiple eggs. Is that a myth?

I am really not suprised that nobody has any answers seeing as I searched for what seemed like forever online with little results.
