I gave birth via C section 6 months ago and have not had a period since. I bled heavily for 2 months after the birth and then the bleeding just stopped. My OB put me on birth control pill LoEstrin. (not sure if I spelled that right) Its been 6 months now since giving birth and I still have not had a period. I get cramping and some PMS symptoms but no bleeding occurs. My regular doctor did an ultrasound and said that everything looked normal and referred me back to my OBGYN to determine what is going on. I couldn't get an appointment for a month so I was wondering if anyone else has had any experience with this? Should I be concerned? I had trouble getting pregnant because of hormone levels, ovulation, etc. so it makes me wonder if the next time I will have trouble again. :confused:
