My father has bright, bright red spots on his legs. He says they started out as tiny spots. The spots became larger, and they also spread. The largest spots are about 1 1/2" to 2" round. Is this a skin condition, or is it something more that I need to worry about. He was born in 1934. Any help you can provide will be GREATLY appreciated, and might (depending on the response... lol) help lessen my worrying.
