hi ,
I had applied for my Wife ITIN no for almost 6 week ago and i got the rejection and they require my tax return. so i sent all the document with rejection letter to IRS. After 4 week i call IRS helpline and they said they have only rejection status. they are not getting any document which i send with rejection letter. but certified mail said that they delivered mail.

Question : Do i have to send it again or Do i need to apply as a fresh application?
Please guide me on this
Thanks in Advance.
Thanks,

Do NOT send it again; it is taking up to three months for the ITIN processing center to process submissions. Your second submission has only been there for 4 weeks.
