i,m53 ther is sweling on my right sidf below the breast. some times is more some are less ther is no pain .that part ,when is swelins is a bit hardre than other side.can you help me if is colon,liver,pancras,splangia or other.i.m so wory that i can,t go to see a doc,because of mentally worrines i alwas have . thans for your help.

It could be something very minor or it could be something serious.

Perhaps you could have a friend go with you to the doctors and stay with you throughout the exam to make you feel more comfortable.
