Hi im 13 years old and i spotted this bump on my penis that sorta looks like a pimple and it hurts if i touch it. Its on the bottom portion( nearest to testicles) of my penis and its sorta freakin me out. I dont know how it got there and i dont know if i should pop it or wait and see what it does. Can someone give me some advice on what to do and what it is?
